Recommended Craft Materials
Before you start a Hummingbird project you’ll want to gather craft materials and building tools. Before buying new supplies, we suggest you browse this list and consider what you already have access to. Hopefully you’ll be able to source many free recyclables and household materials that would otherwise be considered trash (empty cereal boxes, cardboard, etc). Please note that you do not need all or even half of the materials listed to be able to run a successful project. Offering students constraints within the materials to work with can be a valuable push to think creatively!
